Alan J Alford:
is an independent consultant,

specialising in incidents of personal

injury or loss in and out of the work -

place. He offers expert comment and

opinion on the causes of accidents,

occupational ill-health and equipment

failure, and on potential breaches

of regulations and standards.

 

Mr Alford's instructions are generally from parties concerned with litigation.
He reports to Claimants' representatives and Insurers in equal measure, increasingly
as a Single Joint Expert. He has given expert testimony on more than 80 occasions,
in Magistrates Courts, County Courts and High Courts in England and Scotland
